Having built a strong foundation in the B2C space, we're now scaling our B2B vertical—targeting hotels, gyms, salons, and corporates. Role Overview: We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will be responsible for building and expanding Cloud Dhobi’s institutional client base. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a high-potential business vertical in a fast-growing startup. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and close B2B clients including hotels, hostels, salons, gyms, co-living spaces, and offices. Build and manage a pipeline of leads through cold calls, references, partnerships, and on-ground networking. Conduct client meetings, present customized laundry solutions, and negotiate terms to close profitable deals. Coordinate with operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery experience for B2B clients. Track sales performance and report key metrics to the leadership team. Contribute to pricing, product bundling, and client servicing strategies for the B2B vertical. Requirements: 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (hospitality or service industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market research. Experience in building a vertical or product line from scratch is a plus.
