Office timings: Monday - Saturday (9:30 Am to 6.30 Pm)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales operations. The role involves driving customer acquisition, managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for broadband and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase broadband and ISP service subscriptions.
• Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and enterprise segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and vendors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, deal closures, and customer onboarding.
• Coordinate with technical, support, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the ISP, telecom, or networking industry.
• Strong knowledge of broadband services, leased lines, FTTH, and enterprise connectivity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in ISP/Telecom sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
