Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager who can lead sales teams, drive revenue growth, and manage key customer relationships. This role focuses on execution, team performance, and meeting business targets.

You will work closely with leadership to translate revenue goals into achievable sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Drive lead conversion, pipeline management, and deal closures
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics
  • Coach, train, and motivate sales team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales efforts
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 6–12 years of experience in sales roles with team leadership exposure
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
