Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

You will be working at White Collar Realty, a professional Real Estate service provider offering comprehensive solutions for Residential and Commercial properties in Gurgaon. Your focus will be on various aspects including search & discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. - Handling client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups for successful deal closures. - Monitoring team performance, offering regular coaching and feedback. - Identifying new sales opportunities and building strong client relationships. - Building a high-performing team by providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance. - Ensuring timely recognition and rewards for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when necessary. - Developing strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. - Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. - Managing a team of 11-50 people. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Sales or Sales/Relationship Manager role (preferably outside the real estate sector). - Highly goal-driven and thrives in fast-paced environments. - Adaptable and excels in changing work environments. - Willingness to work 6 days a week with weekends being mandatory.
