Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

The position available is in Sales/Business Development and is based in Hyderabad. As a Sales/Business Development professional, you will be responsible for motivating the sales team to achieve optimal results. This includes setting activity and revenue targets for team members, providing continuous training and development opportunities, and identifying areas for improvement within the sales department. You will also be tasked with spotting market opportunities for new clients, recruiting and training sales personnel, and representing the organization at sales events and conferences. In this role, you will be expected to provide monthly reports on sales performance compared to the budget and highlight any variances. Additionally, you will be required to proactively monitor changes in Immigration regulations and identify key areas for enhancement in the sales team. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Immigration sales and a total of 4 years or more in Sales & Business Development (Immigration). You should demonstrate a proven ability to plan, develop, and implement business development strategies, as well as possess experience in risk analysis. A sound understanding of Immigration sales and policies is crucial, along with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Successful candidates will showcase their ability to develop and execute B2B sales strategies, possess excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, and have a strong background in negotiating, tendering, and estimating. While a degree in Business Management is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
