Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to lead our sales operations in the Aerospace domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, business development, and account management, with the ability to drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Build long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
  • Performance Tracking & Process Improvement: Analyze sales performance data, generate forecasts, and report on team performance to senior leadership. Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and success. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication across the organization.
