Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

As a Sales/Business Development professional, your role will involve motivating the sales team to achieve optimal results by setting activity and revenue targets, providing continuous training and development, identifying areas for improvement, spotting market opportunities for new clients, and representing the organization at sales events and conferences. You will also be responsible for recruitment and training within the sales department, monthly reporting on sales performance, and proactively monitoring changes in Immigration regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Motivate the sales team to achieve the best results possible - Set activity and revenue targets for sales team members - Provide continual training and development for all sales department members - Identify key areas for improvement within the sales team - Spot market opportunities for new clients - Recruit and train sales department staff - Act as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences - Provide monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and variances - Proactively monitor changes to various Immigration regulations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years in Immigration and 4 years or more in Sales & Business Development (Immigration) - Proven ability to plan, develop, and execute business development strategies - Experience in risk analysis - Good understanding of Immigration sales and policies - Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team - Proven ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies - Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills - Strong background in negotiating, tendering, and estimating - A degree in Business Management is preferred, but not essential If you are looking for a challenging opportunity in Sales/Business Development with a focus on Immigration, apply now by sending your resume to hyderabad@gatewayvisas.com.,
