Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Yantra24x7's IoT solutions to manufacturing clients, primarily within the machine tool industry. This role requires a blend of business development, client relationship management, and a strong understanding of industrial automation and IoT. You will be a key contributor to our expansion, identifying new opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Yantra24x7's IoT solutions. Identify and penetrate new market segments and customer accounts within the manufacturing and machine tool industries. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Business Development: Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals. Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Yantra24x7's solutions (Production Monitoring, Energy Management, Tool Life Management, Traceability, etc.). Prepare and submit professional proposals and quotations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions. Provide exceptional post-sale support and work to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive additional revenue. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and pipelines in the CRM system. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate effectively with the technical, product development, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and competitive offerings in the Industrial IoT, smart manufacturing, and machine tool sectors. Represent Profimax Digiconnect at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Industrial IoT, automation, manufacturing software, or related technical products/services. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the challenges faced by machine shops is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client visits within Coimbatore and surrounding regions.
