As a professional Real Estate service provider in Gurgaon, your role at White Collar Realty will involve focusing on every aspect of Residential and Commercial properties, including search & discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales service. Your core values should align with providing excellent service, maintaining integrity, and building trust through a deep understanding of clients' needs, and presenting the best property options after thorough research. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Driving business growth through strategic planning and execution. - Handling client meetings, interactions, and follow-ups for successful deal closures. - Monitoring team performance, offering regular coaching and feedback. - Identifying new sales opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. - Building a high-performing team through mentorship, coaching, and guidance. - Ensuring timely recognition and rewards for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when necessary. - Developing strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders. - Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. - Managing a team of 11-50 people. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C Sales or Sales/Relationship Manager role, preferably outside the real estate sector. - Highly goal-driven and thriving in fast-paced environments. - Adaptable and excelling in changing work environments. - Willingness to work 6 days a week with weekends being mandatory.
