What You’ll Do

• Sell LED advertising slots to local businesses, startups, and media buyers

• Onboard salons, cafés, gyms, and retail spaces to host LED screens

• Hit monthly sales targets and go beyond

• Work with internal teams to deploy ads and activate new screens

• Generate leads through local outreach, referrals, and field visits

• Keep records sharp and updated using CRM and sales tracking tools

• Think like a founder. Act like an operator. Move like a closer

Education Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary)

• Graduate degree preferred but not required

• We care more about execution than academic scores

• If you have sold something or built something that worked, we want to talk

Experience and Skills

Must Have

• Zero to three years of experience in sales

• Strong local knowledge of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, or Puri

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, reliable, and consistent

• Comfortable with email, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

• Own two-wheeler for local travel

Good to Have

• Experience in advertising, media sales, or startup environments

• Fluency in Odia and Hindi

• Previous experience with small business or B2B sales
