Job Title:
Sales Manager

Location:
Delhi NCR (On-Field Role)
Salary:
₹2,05,000 to ₹5,65,000 per annum (Performance-Based)
Allowance:
Petrol allowance of ₹3,000/month

Monthly targets will range from ₹15 lakhs to ₹45 lakhs. The final target will be discussed and finalized based on your experience and preference.

Salary Structure

Salary Range: ₹2,65,000 to ₹5,65,000 per annum (based on targets)
On
achieving 50% or more of the target
,
full salary
will be disbursed
If the
mandatory target (50%) is not achieved
, only
50% of the salary
will be released for that period
Additional petrol allowance of ₹3,000 per month

Role Description

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans
Visit markets and generate leads for packaged water and beverage distribution
Build and manage distributor and super stockist relationships
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of field sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with a passion to achieve and exceed targets
Experience in FMCG, water/beverage, or franchise sales will be an advantage
