Job Title: Sales Manager Company: Bornfire Services Pvt. Ltd. Location: Delhi NCR (On-Field Role) Salary: ₹2,05,000 to ₹5,65,000 per annum (Performance-Based) Allowance: Petrol allowance of ₹3,000/month Monthly targets will range from ₹15 lakhs to ₹45 lakhs. The final target will be discussed and finalized based on your experience and preference. Salary Structure Salary Range: ₹2,65,000 to ₹5,65,000 per annum (based on targets) On achieving 50% or more of the target , full salary will be disbursed If the mandatory target (50%) is not achieved , only 50% of the salary will be released for that period Additional petrol allowance of ₹3,000 per month Role Description We are looking for a result-oriented and field-active Sales Manager to drive business growth in Delhi NCR. The Sales Manager will lead customer acquisition, distributor/franchise onboarding, and revenue generation. This is a target-driven, on-field role that demands commitment, networking, and performance.
