Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Nalanda. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and training a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding customer base. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing consistent support and addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management and leadership
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and report on sales metrics
Experience in customer relationship management and customer support
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Ability to work on-site in Nalanda
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
