Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager specializing in Bancassurance, located in Jhalawar with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote insurance products. Key responsibilities include achieving annual sales targets, managing business growth, tracking performance metrics, and conducting training for bank staff on insurance products. The role also involves analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and ensuring seamless customer service.
