Hiring: Junior Executive – Bancassurance (Mumbai)We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to join our Bancassurance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and driving business across various bank partners.📍 Location: Indore 🏢 Position: Relationships Manager – Bancassurance✅ Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow business through assigned bank branches.Build strong relationships with bank staff to generate leads and close sales.Drive the achievement of sales targets for General Insurance products.Ensure smooth onboarding and training of bank staff on insurance products and processes.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and customer service.🧠 Desired Candidate Profile:Proven experience in Bancassurance or General Insurance sales.Strong understanding of General Insurance products (Motor, Health, Fire, Marine, etc.).Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.📌 Qualifications:Graduate/ PostgraduateMinimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance or General insurnace Please share your resume on r.nagarajan@bajajallianz.co.in
