Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Operations (AAHP) to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain operational records, files, and documentation
• Prepare basic reports, trackers, and status updates
• Support process implementation and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Follow up on pending tasks and operational requirements
• Assist senior executives in operational planning and execution

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of operations and administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply
