Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore (Singasandra) for a Junior Executive at RHD Logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who want to build a career in supply chain and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, and inventory management
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock, dispatches, and receipts
• Support vendor and transporter communication to ensure timely movement of goods
• Prepare and update reports in

  Excel

  for tracking logistics activities
• Work closely with the accounts and operations team to reconcile records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic documentation requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent) freshers welcome
• Basic knowledge of

  Excel

  (data entry, formatting, simple formulas)
• Understanding of accounts/finance basics is an added advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
