You should be able to deliver the best to customer while collaborating effectively with teams to drive results and achieve defined targets. You must exhibit excellent communication, relationship building skills with a focus on handling the Banks. You should have a zest to learn and acquire new skills to implement out of the box thinking in strategic execution of plans. You are expected to indulge in training and development activities for the team to help them carry their responsibilities in an efficient manner. Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the customer segmentation, sales trends in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc. to assess the potential for business
  • Conduct trainings at the branch for all banking partners around regulatory guidelines and products.
  • Plan for activation of branches through R&R activities to increase the penetration in active branches to realize full potential of the bank partner in the given geography
  • Drive the campaign/contest for the Partner Bank to drive sales in profitable segments.
  • Identify cross sell opportunities for existing customers
  • Gather market information of potential partner, analyze partners profile and customer mix to identify best product fitment from BGIL portfolio, assess profitability & viability assessment of partnership
  • Schedule meetings with prospective banking clients and brief them about BGIL products/ offer them lucrative products in coordination with the Vertical Head
  • Engage with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of work across channels and deliver desired productivity including everyday servicing and policy issuance etc.
