Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Haldia Block. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance consultants to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, providing training and mentorship to the team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the efficient implementation of sales processes. The role also involves market analysis to identify new opportunities and fostering partnerships to maximize customer reach.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets and improve performance.
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of sales strategies, client acquisition, and business development in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to establish long-term client relationships and partnerships.
  • Planning and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and managing metrics to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and customer service excellence. Prior experience in the insurance or financial domain is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
