Headquartered in Pune, BHFL offers finance to individuals and corporate entities for the purchase and renovation of homes or commercial spaces, as well as loans against property for personal and business needs. BHFL also provides working capital for business expansion and finance for developers engaged in residential and commercial property construction. The company has strong credit ratings of AAA/Stable for its long-term debt and A1+ for its short-term debt from CRISIL and India Ratings.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing sales reports. Other responsibilities include overseeing market research, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Proficiency in market research and analytical skills
