Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, analyzing sales trends, achieving set targets, coordinating with internal teams, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation and account management
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Knowledge of financial services, lending, or insurance products (preferred)
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in sales management or a related role is highly desirable
