Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive field sales activities, generate new business, and achieve revenue targets. The role involves direct customer interaction, market development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers in assigned territory
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Collect payments and ensure timely documentation
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain accurate sales reports and updates

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel locally for field work
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
