Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Mysore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will lead sales strategies that align with organizational goals, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, and overseeing performance metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet business objectives is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
Proven ability in customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strategic planning and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and coordinate effective plans
Solid leadership, team management, and mentorship capabilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and maintain productivity
Prior experience in the financial services sector is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
