Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Present and promote products/services professionally to prospective customers.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance and financial data.
  • Ensure product stock availability for client demonstrations and sales.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Negotiate deals and manage customer feedback, complaints, or objections effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and improve performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and negotiation strategies.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum educational qualification: High School diploma; a degree is an advantage.
