Sales Manager - B2B

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in a client-facing role. The primary focus of this position is to build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Sales Executive to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and uphold the company’s value proposition. You will actively identify opportunities to grow existing relationships while consistently delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive retention and repeat business
• Collaborate with senior sales executives to understand client requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
• Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients
• Uphold and communicate the company’s value proposition in all interactions

Requirements:

• MBA degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented approach
