As a Middle Management professional at this company, your role will involve identifying and developing new B2B business opportunities with corporate clients, interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and procurement managers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in institutions, offices, hotels, coworking spaces, upcoming project leads, and retail chains. Generating leads through networking, industry events, and market research will be a key aspect of your job. You will need to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Additionally, conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, as well as closely coordinating with the design team for presenting the right choice and subsequent quotes & deal closures, will be part of your responsibilities. Negotiating contracts, closing high-value deals, and collaborating with internal teams (design, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless project execution are essential tasks. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, as well as preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, will also be part of your role.
