Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Rajsamand. The Sales Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of sales strategies to achieve business targets. Daily responsibilities include building customer relationships, generating leads, driving revenue growth, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales operations. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Generation
Experience in Team Leadership, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving
Knowledge of financial products and services; awareness of banking and financial regulations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
Proven experience in a sales or management role, preferably within banking or financial services
