Siemens Automation Portfolio (PLC, HMI, VFD, SCADA, Servo)

This role requires a hunter mentality, a consultative approach, and deep knowledge of the local manufacturing sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Siemens Automation Portfolio:

  PLC :

  Knowledge of

  Siemens S7-1500/1200

  series is highly desirable.

• HMI :

  Experience with

  Siemens Comfort/Basic Panels

• VFD :

  Understanding of drive applications and selection

• SCADA :

  Experience selling

  WinCC

  or similar platforms.

• Servo Systems:

  Knowledge of motion control solutions.

• Services & Solutions:

  Experience selling

  technical services

  like PLC/HMI/Robot Programming, Commissioning, and Maintenance Contracts.

Core Sales & Business Skills

• Experience:

  3 to 7 years

  in B2B sales, specifically within the industrial automation, machinery, or system integration sector.

• Market Knowledge:

  A solid understanding of the manufacturing base in the

  Pune

  and

  Aurangabad

  regions (e.g., Automotive, Pharma, Heavy Engineering).

• Consultative Selling:

  Ability to understand the customer's production challenges and propose a complete technical solution, rather than just selling a product.

• Account Management:

  Proven track record of developing new accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients/OEMs/End-Users.

• Presentation & Communication:

  Excellent skills in presenting complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients in

  Pune, Aurangabad

  and surrounding areas.
