Key Responsibilities:
a) Manage a team of sales executives, including internal proposal and application engineer
b) Identity and meet companies/ stakeholders/ Department Heads across the industry segment.
c) Identify opportunities/ RFQ’s and submit proposals on time
d) Manage internal proposals and application engineering tea.
e) Build, manage and achieve the annual budget plans for self and sales team
f) Team building and motivation
Nature Of Experience:
a) Should have managed a small team of sales executives towards achieving sales targets set by the company
b) Should have connects & contacts in the industry segment to sell automation solutions, SPM, Robotics\ Cobot based projects.
c) Identify, Meet and collect customer requirements. Technical & commercial proficiency
Requirements:
1. Understanding of Automation Concepts like Robot/ Cobot/ Gantry/ Conveyor/ Line Balancing and application like Dispensing/ Palletizing/ PickNPlace/ Machine Tending etc.
2. Experience Understanding Customer needs and translating to systems and processes
3. Industry connects and networking across industry Segments
4. Analytical Skills
5. Communication Skills
6. MS Office/CAD/SolidWorks
