Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving student admissions by planning and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. The role includes leading the admissions sales team, building relationships with schools, parents, and students, and achieving enrollment targets for courses and programs offered by the institute.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve admission targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the admissions/sales team
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and reports
• Handle student and parent counseling for courses and career guidance
• Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and education consultants
• Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, school visits, and events
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns (digital & offline)
• Ensure proper follow-up on leads and inquiries
• Maintain accurate data of leads, conversions, and admissions
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and SOPs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in sales/admissions (preferably in education sector)
• Experience in handling admission targets and team management
