Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Guwahati. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the fire safety or related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Client relationship management and customer service skills
• Leadership and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
