Arogyam Institute is looking for a result-driven Team Lead – Sales Executive to manage our sales team, oversee admissions counselling, and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales leadership, data management, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling strategies
Oversee daily data management, CRM updates, and reporting
Track team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
Collaborate with management to design and implement sales strategies
Handle escalations and provide solutions to improve lead conversion
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred)
2+ years of experience in Sales/Counselling (Education sector preferred)
Proven team handling and leadership experience
Strong skills in data management & reporting tools (Excel/CRM)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
