With a store in Bandra and a growing customer base, we are looking to expand our sales network and presence through strong partnerships and dynamic selling. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and people-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, derive partnerships, and onboard individuals and retailers who can successfully sell our products. The ideal candidate must be target-focused, with a proven ability to convert leads and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct and partner-led sales strategies. Identify, approach, and onboard sales agents, stylists, and multi-designer store buyers across India and internationally. Build and maintain a network of influencers, boutique owners, wedding planners, and personal shoppers who can actively promote and sell the brand. Set clear sales KPIs for collaborators and ensure regular performance reviews. Train new sales partners on product features, brand story, and pricing strategy. Track leads, conversions, and pipeline using CRM tools or reporting formats. Represent Peach It Up at fashion exhibitions, pop-ups, and relevant industry events. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) for seamless partner experience and order Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail. Strong focus on sales targets, performance metrics, and growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and B2B collaborations. Nice to Have: Existing connections with buyers, stylists, or fashion boutiques. Prior experience working with a designerwear or weddingwear brand.
