Role Overview: We’re seeking a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager who’s not just fluent in Reels and visuals, but also in storytelling. From writing scroll-stopping captions to scripting founder-led content, your job will be to elevate our brand presence across platforms and spark real engagement with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Ideate, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, posts, and Stories for Instagram Stay alert to trends and react quickly to create timely, relevant content Script videos, write engaging captions, and develop content that resonates with our audience Plan and schedule a cohesive Instagram grid and content calendar Travel with the founder for real-time shoots and behind-the-scenes content Conduct regular content review meetings with the founder for approvals and planning Respond to DMs and client queries in a warm, brand-aligned tone Develop real-time, relatable stories and reels to build deeper community connection Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media/content management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred) Strong content writing and scriptwriting skills Proficient in basic video editing and Instagram-native tools Must carry your own device (mobile phone and/or editing equipment) to work Exceptional trend-spotting abilities and a spontaneous creative instinct Great with time management, scheduling tools, and tight turnarounds Confident shooting content and working independently in dynamic settings Comfortable being present at the store and traveling with the founder for shoots Self-driven, fast-thinking, and highly organized Minimum one-year commitment required Join Us If: You believe content is a conversation, not a monologue. With a store in Bandra and a growing customer base, we are looking to expand our sales network and presence through strong partnerships and dynamic selling. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and people-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, derive partnerships, and onboard individuals and retailers who can successfully sell our products. The ideal candidate must be target-focused, with a proven ability to convert leads and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through both direct and partner-led sales strategies. Identify, approach, and onboard sales agents, stylists, and multi-designer store buyers across India and internationally. Build and maintain a network of influencers, boutique owners, wedding planners, and personal shoppers who can actively promote and sell the brand.
