Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur and Lucknow for a Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager specializing in Auto Loan Sales. The day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with team members, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and providing feedback to the product development team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Capability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive or financial services industry is a plus
