Role Description This is a full-time role will be pivotal in driving sales momentum , building trust within the local design ecosystem, and generating visibility for Anara’s unique product offerings. You’ll be responsible for leading on-ground sales efforts, particularly targeting interior designer networks, boutique studios, institutional projects, and high-end home retailers. The role requires someone who understands the nuance of design-led sales, believes in long-term relationship building, and can communicate both brand and product stories with clarity — and ideally, someone with strong roots or working knowledge of Hyderabad’s interior and architecture network to activate relevant connections quickly. Qualifications Proven B2B Sales Experience (2–5 years): Experience in interiors, luxury furnishings, architectural materials, sculptural objects, or similar industries is preferred. Established Network in Hyderabad: Strong connections within the interior designer, architect, and institutional buyer community in Hyderabad, with a clear understanding of the local design ecosystem. Client-Focused Approach: Demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships, manage high-value clients, and adapt to client-specific needs with empathy and professionalism. Design Sensibility: Appreciation for craftsmanship, design, and material stories , with the ability to articulate product value in a consultative, storytelling-driven manner. Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills for studio visits, showroom interactions, and follow-ups. Self-Starter & Ground-Builder: Ability to independently plan, execute, and report on sales activities — from catalogue drops to lead nurturing and closure . Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture , or a related field preferred. Organized & Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools , Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp/email-based sales communication.
