Our client is looking for a Sales Manager (Medical Representation)

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:
1–2 years in pharmaceutical sales or managing medical representatives
Strong
leadership and team management skills
Ability to build long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical/medical product promotion and market dynamics
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitor performance
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation

💰 Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(based on experience and skillset)
