1. About KnowDis AI


KnowDis AI builds cutting-edge AI applications using large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP). Our product suite includes:

1.1. End-to-end recommendation systems for e-commerce

1.2. Multilingual AI chatbots

1.3. Automated video summarizers

1.4. Custom LLM training for enterprise use cases


We serve e-commerce platforms, B2B marketplaces, and media-tech companies with deep tech under the hood and usable interfaces on top.


2. Role Overview


We are looking for a driven Sales Manager who can take our AI-powered product portfolio to the right customers—especially in e-commerce, media, and retail. You’ll drive outreach, lead demos, close deals, and build partnerships with clients who are ready to adopt next-gen AI.


3. Key Responsibilities


3.1. Identify and target potential customers via outbound and inbound strategies.

3.2. Conduct high-impact demos and technical presentations with support from the product team.

3.3. Qualify leads, manage the sales funnel, and drive contract closures.

3.4. Work closely with the founders and engineering teams to align product features with market needs.

3.5. Track sales KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and improve conversion metrics.

3.6. Represent KnowDis AI at industry events and conferences.


4. Requirements


4.1. 2–5 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales (NLP/AI experience is a bonus).

4.2. Strong understanding of the software buying process in enterprises.

4.3. Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical products in simple terms.

4.4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

4.5. Prior experience selling to e-commerce, media, or retail clients preferred.
