Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the education sector. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, drive student admissions, and support the growth of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate student leads and convert them through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and admissions team
• Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and outreach events
• Maintain accurate lead and admission data using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education sales (aviation sector preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred

Salary:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (based on experience)
