Job Description

Responsibilities Achieve Growth and Hit Sales Targets: Successfully manage the sales targets and to achieve growth objectives. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure a strong market presence. Work closely with the consultants for spec-in, Work closely MEP contractors, GC contractors and end user for orders. Negotiations shall be an import part of the role. Target based sales for capital HVAC/ Industrial markets. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Responsible for Bottom line and DSO Customer Relationship Building: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them by giving presentations and technical solutions. Data-Driven Insights: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying informed about new products and competition status. Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Sales Process Mastery: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure. Business Acumen & People Management: Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management
