Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Client Relations Manager with a proven background in corporate leasing, interior design sales , and training program outreach for schools and colleges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving business development, and promoting the companys services across different verticals. Role & responsibilities Corporate Leasing & Rental Sales Identify and onboard corporate clients looking for office leasing or coworking spaces. Manage lease negotiations, documentation, and renewals. Coordinate with property owners, legal teams, and internal project teams. Understand client workspace needs and offer tailored interior fit-out solutions. Interior Design & Turnkey Sales Pitch interior design and execution services to both residential and corporate clients. Collaborate with the design team to deliver client-specific solutions. Follow up on leads and close deals by understanding space and aesthetic requirements. Manage post-sale client satisfaction and up-selling opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Proven ability to close sales and maintain long-term relationships. Knowledge of leasing/legal documentation and real estate basics. Passion for design, aesthetics, and space planning. Ability to pitch design ideas and technical offerings in a client-friendly language. Excellent networking skills with the ability to build institutional and corporate partnerships.
