About the Opportunity:

Sales Manager – Private Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for private hires, corporate bookings, social events, and F&B experiences.
Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with persuasive selling.
Conduct site visits, pitch presentations, and negotiations with professionalism.
Collaborate with Events, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Report on sales pipelines, forecasts, and market insights.

Technical & Professional Expertise Required:

4–6 years of experience in sales within hospitality, events, or premium venues.
Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Commercially sharp, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Prior experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle clubs, or premium venues.
