Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead institutional sales across the South Region. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing a high-performing sales team, and securing key project opportunities in both the residential and commercial segments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead institutional sales efforts to secure large-scale project orders from builders, contractors, and developers. • Identify and drive high-value project opportunities across the Southern region. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives. • Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and conducting regular training. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. • Deliver regular sales performance reports and insights to leadership. Key Requirements: • Graduate (preferably in Engineering) + MBA in Marketing or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in institutional/project sales within the construction or building materials industry. • Proven ability to manage key accounts, close high-value deals, and lead teams. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
