The ideal candidate must possess CRM software proficiency, be skilled in data-driven decision making, have experience with Salesforce, be familiar with account-based marketing, excel in digital sales strategies, demonstrate effective team leadership, be adept in analytical sales forecasting, and have a strong background in customer experience management. Key Responsibilities include lead generation and sales, client relationship management, conducting market research and developing strategies, forming partnerships and alliances, managing proposals and contracts, monitoring revenue and performance. Educational Background should include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience required is a proven track record in IT sales, business development, or account management. Industry Knowledge in IT services, software solutions, SaaS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies is essential. Sales & Negotiation Skills are crucial, with the ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet sales targets. Communication & Presentation skills should be excellent, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as sales analytics, is important. Strong networking abilities are necessary, along with the capability to build strategic alliances.,
