Job Description

As a Sales Management professional, your role will involve providing support & guidance to the Client sales team on best practice deal management & contract structuring. You will be responsible for delivering a fluctuating volume of sales supporting Client-directed tasks within a defined time frame, ensuring consistent quality. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and documenting task processes in support of the sales contracting process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) is essential, where you will provide advice and deal insights to build scalable, efficient processes. You will also drive improvements in Client internal policies, processes, and systems to increase sales productivity. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales Management SME/TL/ TM. - Graduation in any field - Key Skills: SALES & MARKETING OPERATIONS The company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, specifically in the functional area of IT-Software, ITES/BPO/Customer Service.
