Job Description

Key Responsibilities Financial Record Management : Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets. Accounts Payable and Receivable : Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payment of bills. Track receivables and follow up on outstanding invoices. Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Compliance and Audits : Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits. Expense Management : Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately and within budget. Tax Preparation : Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents. Support Finance Team : Provide support to the finance team in various accounting tasks and projects as needed. System Management : Maintain and update accounting software and systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
