Role - We are looking for a high-energy Account Executive with a focus on the US market. Someone who thrives on conversations, builds meaningful connections, and loves closing deals. Responsibilities New Business & Revenue Ownership Identify and close opportunities within SMB and mid-market clients. Run a structured, confident sales process to meet and exceed goals. Manage inbound and outbound leads through consultative, value-first conversations. Full Sales Cycle Leadership Own the entire pipeline-from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close. Engage directly with senior leadership and decision-makers across enterprises. Build long-term relationships and expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Grow and manage your portfolio with strategic planning and consistent execution. Collaboration & Execution Partner closely with marketing, product, and global sales teams. Deliver engaging product demos and business-focused presentations. Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot/Salesforce) and provide reliable forecasts. Use market trends and customer insights to refine your approach. Represent the organization at events, conferences, and networking opportunities. What You Bring Experience Strong track record of hitting or surpassing sales targets. Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus. 2–5 years in B2B / SaaS / Technology sales (required). Experience managing full sales cycles with Large/Medium ACV deals. Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs deeply. Ability to articulate research-driven and insight-driven use cases. Proficiency in CRM management, sales analytics, and forecasting. Traits Hunter mindset with strong motivation and ownership.
