Job Description

Profile Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive growth within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

The selected individual will be responsible for selling company's portfolio of offerings in Data Analytics, Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence (AI),

enabling GCC clients to unlock value, optimize operations, and achieve business excellence.

This role demands a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach with a strong understanding of GCC dynamics and the ability to

establish lasting relationships with decision-makers

Key Responsibility:

* Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the GCC ecosystem, driving adoption of company's offerings.

* Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities, aligning client needs with company's professional services.

* Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders in GCCs.

* Collaborate with company's solution, delivery, and consulting teams to co-create impactful, customized solutions.

* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets for GCC-focused business.

* Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market opportunities to refine go-to-market strategies.

Represent company at industry events, forums, and networking platforms to strengthen visibility and brand positioning in the

GCC space.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

* 10 to12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in professional services with a focus on GCCs.

* Strong knowledge of Data Analytics, Engineering, and AI services and their applications in GCCs.

* Established network of decision-makers and influencers within the GCC industry.

* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals in a competitive environment.

Bachelors degree in business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

* Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
