We are looking for a seasoned insurance leader with 12–16 years of experience in corporate sales within the general insurance industry. The ideal professional brings strong exposure to managing corporate clients and broker relationships across multiple lines of business. This role requires strategic leadership, regional ownership, business expansion capabilities, and proven stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading corporate and broker relationships across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.

2. Driving business growth across all lines of business and achieving regional revenue targets.

3. Building, mentoring, and managing high-performing regional teams.

4. Strengthening broker partnerships and ensuring strong pipeline development.

5. Managing renewals, retention, and improving service delivery for key accounts.

6. Collaborating with underwriting, operations, and claims teams for seamless business execution.

7. Conducting CXO-level client meetings, reviews, and presentations.

8. Monitoring MIS, forecasts, and regional performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. 12–16 years of experience in general insurance corporate business.

2. Strong exposure to broker management and enterprise account handling.

3. Proven ability to lead regional teams and manage multiple LOBs.

4. Demonstrated capability to drive revenue growth and retention.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

6. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
