Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the inside sales/telesales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution to broaden market reach and customer base.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent attainment of sales goals.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill junior sales executives to boost team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain CRM systems and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Operate outbound and inbound dialer systems to support sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C/B2B inside sales or business development roles.
  • Proven experience in team management, target handling, and leadership.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
